In addition to a thesis, you also need invitation cards to invite friends, family and colleagues for the defense, the reception afterwards and perhaps for a party / dinner. It has become a tradition to have the thesis accompanied by a bookmark. In addition, there is an option to have extra invitation cards made for the party / dinner or a digital HMTL invitation. Optimal presentation with propositions

For many Universities it is customary to add a separate page with propositions to the thesis. This is, as it were, the core of the defense during your promotion. The propositions require a different layout than the dissertation itself.

Timetable

You usually only do a PhD once. So what do you have to think about. How long does it take to prepare, design and print your dissertation?

The production time after approval for printing a dissertation takes an average of 2 weeks (approximately 8 working days), depending on your personal wishes / preferences. You will first receive 1 proof print for verification. If the proof print is satisfactory, the entire edition is produced.
